has been designed for those who have experience of this magic iron tool and want to move to the next level. The first dimension is the “Beginners KB Program”, if you think that is easy, move to the second dimension “Intermediate – Advanced One KB Program”, and if you want to push to the Max move to the third dimension “Advanced Two KB Program”. Each program lasts approximately 20 to 25 minutes and it will give you great workouts even in such a short space of time. |
