Kettlebell's come 12, 16, 24, 32, kg's as a classic Russian cast (have been designed in Russia) Also 4, 8kg for lades , 20 ,28 as a mid weight and a new one 40, 48 kgs-heavy metal!"
Kettlebell were designs to give you a supper workout with just one or two fixed weights. An average man should start with a16kg(35-pounder). It does not sound like a lot but believe it; t feels a lot heavier than it should! Most men will eventually progress to a 24kg(53-pounder),the standard issue size in the Russian military. Although available in most units,32kg(70-pounder) are used only by few advanced guys and in elite competitions. 40kg(88-pounder) are more for mutants.
An average woman should start with an 8kg(18-pounder). A strong women can go for a 12kg(26-pounder).A few hard women will go beyond.
