Student Achievements
Five of my students have been qualified as Certified Russian Kettlebell instructors (RKC) with Dragon Door, the USA Company that leads the World in Kettlebell training.
Some of them now work as a personal trainers and Kettlebell instructors, others view it as a personal achievement and we still practice together.
Techniques/exercises that we enjoy include:
- Weighted chin ups (with a Kettlebell attached to your waist by a belt) 24, 32, 45 kg for men and 8, 12, 16, 24 kg for women. [ click here to see a video ]
- One arm pushups.
- Military Press (classic) or clean and jerk [ click here to see a video ].
- Pistols (one leg squat) with a big variety of weights. [ click here to see a video ]
- Bend press [ click here to see a video ]
- Heavy TGU (Turkish get up) and push presses with 1 or 2 Kettlebell's.
- We like to do some ring work (body weight) and Rollers! - steaming.
- The king of all Kettlebell exercises the SNATCH is always in practices and we like to push it to the limit- Heavy Snatch with low reps 1-3 but multiple sets 5 - 15. [ click here to see a video ]

Ladies- a few females have lost weight (1-2.5 st) and gained strength. Their bodies have changed shape and i could see a big satisfied smile on their faces. One lady said "i love to see what happening to my body and i don't want to stop!"
