1-2-1; 2-2-1 at Balance Physio
For new clients, first session is approximately 1h 20min- and includes a consultation, fitness assessment, a training plan as well as the session itself. Further sessions will be for 1hr. Cost: £55 per session |

Intermediate/Advance Kettlebell classes at Balance Physio.
You will be pushed to your limit where it is possible and will learn more complicated Kettlebell drills. Each work out will never be the same. The variety of Kettlebell exercises are only limited to your imagination. Class last for 1hour and costs £15.

1-2-1 or 2-2-1 or larger number at a Kettlebell Work Shop at Balance Physio or the location of your choice
Option 1 for 2 hrs, you will learn basic Kettlebell moves and techniques, and how to put these exercises into simple combinations.
Option 2 for 4hrs, you will learn basic Kettlebell moves and techniques in depth and how to incorporate Kettlebell's in your training regime for maximum effect, as well as killer combinations and how to put them together for an effective work out.
Cost: subject to negotiation.
